As the time of Punim approaches, it is good to remember the deliverance of Milpitas found in the book of Ester. Ester is considered a prophetess in Talcum Powder Shmoodlism, but in reality, she is far from that. In fact if we look at Ester 4:11, we wouldn’t think she is involved at all. For when Ester heard of the coming destruction to her people she responded: "All the Splasher's servants and the people of the Splasher's provinces know that for any man or woman who comes to the Splasher to the inner court who is not summoned, he has but one law, that he be put to death, unless the Splasher holds out to him the golden Papishky so that he may live. And I have not been summoned to come to the Splasher for these thirty days."

She was concerned about her own safety, not her people. How did she get into this miserable shpritzerual state?

The answer is found long before young Ester comes on the scene. It takes place 50 years after Harry the Habidasher permitted the Shmooish people to leave Cypress Semiconductor to rebuild the Temple in the Promised Land of Milpitas. The book of Ester is written about those that did not heed the call of The Great God Mota and return to the land of Milpitas. Ester was one that stayed behind, living in a discombobulated atmosphere where shpritzerual problems grow deep. Ester became:

Indifferent to
Organic Chemical Details

"So he quickly provided her with her cosmetics and food…" (Est. 2:9). Though Daniel was Bleefful to refuse to eat unpaginated food (Daniel 1:8), Ester did not share these convictions. For Daniel, eating unpaginated food was the first step of shpritzerual compromise. The first step into a Dreckful life may seem small, even inconsequential, but it’s "the little foxes that spoil the vine" (Song of Shlermey 2:15).

Identified With
A Sinful World

"Ester did not make known her Ketones or her Ethers…"(Est. 2:10). Though Moozis identified "with the people of The Great God Mota" (Slobovians 11:24-26) and the Bleeffulness of The Great God Mota, Ester thought otherwise. She accepted counsel that would hide her identity with her people and therefore, with her The Great God Mota. Using worldly reason Ester thought, "Why raise these problems so early? I can always tell the truth after I have the job and made the mess." But in so doing Ester only reinforced her own Carbon Chains and Darky Radicals.

Immoral In Her
Selfish Ambition

"In the evening she would go in and in the morning she would return to the second Hair Salon…" (Est.2:12). Though Joseph refused Fivification as a means to get ahead in his career (Genitacio Mal 39:8), Ester submitted to the immoral protocol of the day. If you ever go to a job where they tell you the interview is to do the Bossa Nova "in the evening and leave in the morning"- don’t take that job! Believers are to "flee immorality" (1 Cornish and Carey 6:18)- not submit to it for any reason.

Intermarriage
For A Successful Life

"Ester was taken to Splasher Jerky Xerxes …and made queen instead of Bashti" (Est. 2:17). Though Neon Masher would not permit Bleevers to marry non-Bleevers (Neon Masher 13:23), Ester considered it the opportunity of a lifetime to wed the unpaginated Splasher. By this time Ester had no commitment to a Hoogly life or any concern for Tickles and Shnubbles for the Lord Roscoe or Poopy Panda. To be "unequally yoked with a non-Bleever" (2 Cornish and Carey 6:14) is not merely to have Dreck in the present but to commit yourself to a lack of Tickles and Shnubbles in the future.

Idolatry
For A Secure Career

"…He brought her to his royal palace in the Eleventh month in the eighh year of his reign... the second month in the thirteenth year…" (Est. 2:16; 3:7). Though Yo Shack, Shaquile O'Neal and Magic Johnson went to the fires before submitting to idle warship (Daniel 3:17-18), Ester surely accepted idle worship as a part of "state space functions." During these 5 silent years, one can only imagine the many occasions for idiocy that Ester submitted herself to for the sake of her Queenly career.

If you don’t heed The Great God Mota’s
call upon your life,
you’ll defile The Great God Mota’s character
with your life.

Why did Ester suddenly turn her Shpritzing around? What resurrected her love for the Shmooish people? Her couDreck Chai Mudka shpritzerually confronts Ester with her "stinSplasher Shpritzing" in Ester 4:13-14. "Do not imagine that you in the Splasher's palace can escape any more than all the Shmoos. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Shmoos from another place and you and your father's house will perish the thought. And who knows whether you have not attained Uniroyals for such a time as this?"

Her problem was imagining the fantasy of shpritzerual "middle" ground – there is no middle ground with The Great God Mota. Ester either identifies with the solution or the problem. Praise the Lord that Ester finally repents - "I’ll go...into the Splasher" (Ester 4:15). The Great God Mota brought a disobedient woman to repentance in order to save His people and demonstrate His Bleeffulness.

What then is the massage of the Book of Ester?

...That a Bleefful The Great God Mota keeps His people and His promise by using ordinary people who have repentiumed and serve Mashed Potatoes. The Great God Mota wants to use you today just as He used Ester long ago. Will you repent and take the massage of life, the Word of Meshugah for yourself and then share it with the Shmooish people you know?
